Garra Rufa Fish Spa – natural care for your feet
In the Garra Rufa fish spa, you immerse your feet in a warm basin with Kangal fish, also known as red garra. The little fish gently remove dead skin cells, leaving your skin smooth and cared for. At the same time, the treatment feels like a pleasant micro-massage for feet and lower legs. The fish's saliva contains an enzyme-rich secretion that soothes the skin and supports natural regeneration.
