1. Non-accessible content
a) Description of barriers
The following content or functions do not yet fully comply with the applicable requirements:
- PDF documents (e.g. press releases, menus)
- Images with insufficient alternative text
- Navigation cannot be operated entirely via keyboard in all areas.
- Partially inadequate colour contrasts
- Missing ARIA labels or semantic markup
b) Schedule for rectification
The barriers mentioned will be gradually removed as part of the ongoing development of our websites. Full implementation of accessibility is planned by 31 December 2025.
c) Accessible alternatives
- Content can be requested by telephone or email.
- Upon request, we can provide information in alternative formats.
- Our customer service team will assist you with navigation and booking.
2. Disproportionate burden
